How To Repurpose Your Candle Jars

If you're a candle lover like us, you'll undoubtedly have a growing collection of burnt out candles that you just aren't sure what to do with. They're too pretty to leave in the recycling bin, but each candle has been fully enjoyed with only a small amount of wax left at the bottom. Luckily, we put together some ideas on how to re-purpose your old jars into something just as useful!

Your first step to reusing your old scented candle is to remove all the leftover wax. There are a number of different ways to achieve this, but we think the "freezer method" is the simplest!

To start, place the candle jar into your freezer for a couple of hours. Once it has completely frozen, use a knife to gently pry out the remaining wax. Then, just fill the container with soap and hot water, let it sit for a minute, before the scrubbing the inside clean. Voila!
