How do I personalize my purchase?
To personalize your design, simply select your option(s) from the available dropdown menu(s) and provide us with any additional information (name, year, states, etc) in the note box.
 
Can I see a proof before I purchase? No, our company policy requires payment in full before any personalized/custom work can begin.
 
Do you make custom designs?
We would love to create a custom design for you! Please contact us at support@promenadefield.com to get started.
 
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You may also pay using PayPal and Amazon Pay. You do not need a Paypal account to pay through PayPal.
 
How long does it take to get my order?
Because of the personalized nature of our items, everything you purchase at Promenade Field is made to order. Our current processing time is 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days (domestic) and 14-21+ days (international) for your order to arrive. Need a rush order? Please email us at support@promenadefield.com.
 
We ship orders via USPS, Fedex, UPS or DHL with tracking confirmation. We are not responsible for any stolen packages or lost items.
 
International orders may have additional custom fees. The buyer is responsible for paying these costs and we cannot be held responsible for any custom delays.
 
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your selected shipping method, the total weight of your purchase, and your shipping address.
 
Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in California, so California sales tax will apply to orders purchased by customers using a California shipping address.
 
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, used candles, mugs, and personalized/customized orders cannot be returned or refunded. Exchange is accepted for unused and unpersonalized items only within 21 days of  the original purchase date. The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost on exchange items.
 
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
We take pride in our products and have high standards to ensure all orders are received in perfect condition. If an item breaks during shipment, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will send you a replacement. We do ask that you send a photo of the defective product(s) to support@promenadefield.com
 
How do I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be cancelled or changed within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order is in production and/or being packaged but have not shipped it, we will be able to change your order for an extra $10 fee. If we have already shipped your order, you will not be able to change or cancel your order. 
 
Are discounts available on large orders?
Yes, discounts are available for orders of  20+ pieces of one style/scent. Please email us at support@promenadefield.com for more information on bulk orders.
 
I'd like to offer Promenade Field items in my brick-and-mortar store. Where can I place a wholesale order?
