Q: How do I personalize my purchase?

A: To personalize your design, simply select your option(s) from the available dropdown menu(s) and provide us with any additional information (name, year, states, etc) in the text box.

Q: Can I see a preview before I purchase?

A: Yes, our portrait designs have preview options. Once you personalize your design, click on the "preview your personalization" button and a pop-up window will populate for you to preview.

Q: Do you make custom designs?

A: We would love to create a custom design for you! Please contact us at support@promenadefield.com to get started.

Q: How long does it take to get my order?

A: Because of the personalized nature of our items, everything you purchase at Promenade Field is made to order. Our current processing time is 7-10 business days. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days (domestic) and 14-21+ days (international) for your order to arrive.
